The company does not:
Provide academic instruction directly;
Employ Teachers as staff members;
Supervise live teaching sessions;
Control teaching methodology;
Guarantee demo conversion;
Guarantee tuition confirmation;
Guarantee student retention;
Guarantee academic results.
The platform provides visibility, structured processes, and coordination support. All academic services are independently delivered by Teachers and independently selected by Students or Parents.
2. No Guarantee of Academic Outcomes
Beacon Tutors makes no representation or warranty regarding:
Improvement in grades;
Examination performance;
Assignment quality;
Academic progression;
University admissions;
Curriculum mastery.
Academic performance depends upon multiple variables, including student effort, participation, teacher delivery, syllabus complexity, and parental involvement.
If a Student fails to improve due to lack of engagement, incomplete assignments, or external factors, Beacon Tutors shall not be held liable.
3. No Guarantee of Selection, Shortlisting, or Earnings
Beacon Tutors provides access to opportunities and profile visibility. The company does not guarantee:
That a Teacher will be shortlisted;
That a Teacher will secure a tuition;
That a Student will find a Teacher within a specific timeframe;
Any minimum income level;
Any specific number of tuition inquiries per day, week, or month.
All selection decisions are made solely at the discretion of Students or Parents.
4. Tuition Frequency and Market Demand Disclaimer
Beacon Tutors operates across multiple countries, grades, subjects, and curricula. Inquiry frequency fluctuates continuously based on:
Seasonal academic cycles;
Examination periods;
Geographic demand;
Subject-specific needs;
Grade-level requirements;
Market competition;
Economic conditions.
The company does not guarantee that tuition requests will arise for a specific country, grade, or subject at any given time.
If a Teacher does not receive inquiries aligned with their preferred country, subject, or grade during a specific period, Beacon Tutors shall not be held responsible.
5. Competitive Marketplace Environment
Beacon Tutors operates within a competitive marketplace where multiple qualified Teachers may apply for the same opportunity.
Selection may depend on qualification relevance, experience alignment, communication standards, availability, and parental discretion.
Competitive outcomes do not create liability for the company.
6. Third-Party Conduct
Beacon Tutors shall not be liable for:
Misconduct by Teachers;
Misconduct by Students or Parents;
Misrepresentation of qualifications;
Behavioral disputes;
Cultural or communication misunderstandings.
All parties engage independently and assume responsibility for their own conduct.
7. Off-Platform Engagement and Fraud Risk
If any party engages privately outside the official platform structure:
No payment protection shall apply;
No dispute resolution shall be provided;
No liability shall be assumed by the company.
If financial or educational damage occurs and the company was not informed prior to such off-platform engagement, Beacon Tutors shall bear no responsibility.
8. Payment Processing and Financial Systems
Beacon Tutors may utilize third-party payment processors and financial institutions.
The company shall not be liable for:
Currency conversion deductions;
International transfer delays;
Banking regulations;
Payment gateway outages;
External financial institution policies.
Users acknowledge that external financial systems operate independently.
9. Technical Limitations

Reasonable efforts are made to maintain operational stability; uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
10. Emotional and Reputational Claims
The company shall not be liable for:
Emotional dissatisfaction;

Stress arising from competitive selection;
Alleged missed income projections.
Beacon Tutors provides access to opportunity, not guaranteed outcomes.
11. Indirect and Consequential Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beacon Tutors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of income;
Loss of business opportunity;
Academic delay;
Reputational loss.
12. Force Majeure
Beacon Tutors shall not be liable for delay, interruption, or failure of service resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

During such events, performance obligations may be suspended.
13. Independent Contractor Status
All Teachers and Freelancers registered on the platform act strictly as independent contractors.
Nothing within any policy or communication shall be construed as creating:
An employer-employee relationship;
A partnership;
A joint venture;
An agency relationship.
Teachers are not employees of Beacon Tutors by any means.
Teachers are not entitled to:
Salary or fixed wages;
Employment benefits;
Health insurance;
Paid leave;
Social security contributions;
Tax withholding by the company.
Beacon Tutors does not issue:
Employment letters;
Experience certificates;
Service confirmation documents;
Income verification for employment purposes.
Teachers are solely responsible for their tax compliance and independent business obligations.
Teachers shall not represent themselves as employees or official agents of Beacon Tutors.
14. Maximum Aggregate Liability
In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Beacon Tutors exceed the total service fees paid directly to the company by the affected user within the preceding three (3) months.
15. Assumption of Risk
All users acknowledge that participation in an online marketplace involves inherent competitive and operational risks.
By engaging with the platform, users voluntarily accept these risks and agree to the allocation of responsibility set forth herein.
16. Final Interpretation Authority
Beacon Tutors reserves the right to interpret and enforce this Liability Policy in accordance with operational integrity and applicable law.
All decisions made pursuant to this policy shall be considered final.
