The company’s job is to connect tutors/ teachers/ resources with the students/ parents/ clients. The company feels liable to ensure prompt enforcement of required measures if any complaint/ issue is reported. However, the company does not take responsibility for anyone’s actions/ deeds. The company’s duty is to provide a medium and necessary service to facilitate its students/ parents/ clients in finding appropriate tutors/ teachers/ resources as per their requirements.

Definitions

Tutor/ Teacher/ Resource

  • Individuals who are searching out a promising opportunity to convert their teaching profession and find a decent supply of profits to emerge as financially independent
  • Individuals who can provide instructional help within the shape of lectures, mastering and academic content to student/ parent/ clients or a collection of students/ parent/ customers
  • Individuals who have got a robust academic background and distinct knowledge of a selected problem or topics

Student/ Parent/ Client:

  • Individuals that are seeking out the services of an expert teacher/ instructor/ tutor for themselves or their children for personalized learning
  • Individuals who are looking for instructional help, examination/ test preparation, or help with completing educational tasks/ assignments
  • Individuals who want to understand, learn and gain meticulous knowledge about a specific subject or subjects

Freelancing/ Assignment Work

  • Individuals who are looking to hire a professional freelancer with the right skills and competencies to work on an assignment related to content writing/ creation/ development of any type (e.g. assignment writing, research paper writing, thesis and dissertation writing, essay writing, support writing, proposal writing, proofreading, plagiarism recovery, document formatting, article writing, report writing, blog post, case study, e-book, email, e-learning course, or ghostwriting) and any vocation ( e.g. technology, education, finance, legal, real estate, media, health and wellness, lifestyle, fitness, or digital marketing)
  • Personalized content based on the exact description of the topic
  • Researched data, strong sentence structure, correct grammar, professional informative article, thorough topic explanation

Tuitions/ Assignments/ Projects

  • A legal entity formed by a group of individuals to engage in and operate a specific business. It has different ownership structures, regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
  • A group of people working together on a similar agenda to provide specific services to the public in a methodical manner and following special conceptions
  • These terms only refer to Beacon Tutors Pakistan in this agreement.

Tuitions/ Assignments/ Projects

  • Any online tuition where the tutor/ teacher/ resource can teach and provide lessons to the student/ parent/ client using a functional computer, laptop, or tablet to provide lectures/ lessons with a stable internet connection in a virtual environment
  • Any home-based tuition where the tutor/ teacher/ resource will have to commute to the student’s/ parent’s/ client’s house to provide lectures/ lessons
  • Any freelance content writing work related to any content type (e.g. assignment writing, research paper writing, thesis and dissertation writing, essay writing, support writing, proposal writing, proofreading, plagiarism recovery, document formatting, article writing, report writing, blog post, case study, e-book, email, e-learning course, or ghostwriting) and any niche (e.g. technology, education, finance, legal, real estate, media, health and wellness, lifestyle, fitness, or digital

Beacon Tutors Pakistan is a platform that provides a tangible medium for experienced tutors, teachers, resources, and freelance content writers who offer premium academic assistance and students, parents and clients to connect with each other to find the right fit according to their requirements. You can be located in any part of the world; our burgeoning network of academic professionals in multiple locations are there to assist you whenever and wherever you need it.

Our diverse student body provides high chances of connecting with someone who requires assistance at whatever career level you may be on and help you get started. We offer the facility to schedule an introductory session to ensure potent and transparent delivery of service and the satisfaction of both parties before any final decision to avoid any vexation later.

All the terms & conditions mentioned in this agreement are to be adhered to by anyone who contacts Beacon Tutors Pakistan via email, telephone, or social media, anyone who is an existing or prospective student/ parent/ client (who is currently availing services or intends to avail services in the future offered by Beacon Tutors Pakistan).

We advise you to check the terms & conditions regularly for any updates. Any previous versions will no longer be applicable once there is an update that every existing and new user needs to abide by. Please note that some information may not be mentioned here due to its unforeseen nature. In case you have any ambiguity, which are not answered here. You can contact a representative of Beacon Tutors Pakistan to discuss the matter so that the authorities can take prompt measures to assess the situation and the necessary can be done. The decision will be made by careful assessment of the problem. Once the dealing authorities have made the decision, it cannot be challenged by anyone outside the company as it is made keeping in mind the interest of the clients, students, parents, tutors, teachers, resources, freelancers, and the company.

In the event of any violation of any terms of the agreement, the case will be reviewed by the authorities, and a decision will be made by the company authorities solely. The guilty may have to pay a penalty fee to continue to avail the services offered by the company on the condition of

abiding by the rules and desisting from infringement in the future. It may also lead to immediate termination of the user’s registration, permanently blocked from the website and every other communication platform of the company, and the dissolution of any other rights they may have. The decision cannot be challenged by the accused in any case.

If you disagree with any of the terms mentioned in this agreement, you can dissolve the contract/ terminate the services.

Registration of Tutor/ Teacher/ Resource

Beacon Tutors Pakistan would like to clarify that tutors/ teachers/ resources are not employees of our company. The company does not hire them on a fixed basic/ gross salary.

The registration or service charges should not be perceived as a payment for securing employment. Instead, consider them as service charges for the efforts our company invests in promoting your profile to potential clients, parents, or students.

The company’s business model is structured to prioritize a higher quantity of registered teachers. This approach ensures an ample supply of teachers at all times, covering various subjects and grades. By maintaining a substantial pool of teachers, the company mitigates potential issues, preventing future leads from falling through due to “unavailability of teachers.” This proactive measure guarantees seamless transactions and avoids deal cancellations, ensuring consistent and reliable service for our clients/parents/students.

Tutors/ Teachers/ Resources register with the company to avail the services offered by the company, i.e., provision of leads to the online tuitions/ home-based tuitions/ freelance work/ content writing assignments and jobs.

Eligibility

  • Any qualified individual who is 18 or 18+ of age at the time of registration is eligible to register themselves as a tutor/ teacher/ resource with the company. If someone under 18 register’s themselves as a tutor/ teacher/ resource, their account will be deactivated and will be reactivated once they turn 18.
  • We ensure a high level of integrity and accountability regarding the security of all our employees, tutors/ teachers/ resources, students/ parents/ clients, and freelancers. It is the stipulation that the tutor/ teacher/ resource should not have any past criminal record and should not be involved in any kind of illegal activity. If someone has any past criminal record, we advise them not to register themselves with the company.
  • The tutors/ teachers/ resources should have an superlative academic record and relevant skills. Professional experience will be an advantage.

Unregistered Tutors/ Teachers/ Resources

  • When a tutor/ teacher/ resource contacts us for registration, they are added to a WhatsApp group as an unregistered tutor/ teacher/ resource, which goes by “unregistered group”. Here, the company representatives provide the tutors/ teachers/ resources with the information about the services, answer any queries and provide support and knowledge. Any tutor/ teacher/ resource added to this group should not expect any leads to tuitions/ teaching jobs/ assignments and students/ parents/ clients. This group will only provide the information relevant to the services offered by the company to the tutors/ teachers/ resources and how it works.
  • The company will also share any inquiries regarding the requirement of tutors/ teachers/ resources in the “unregistered group”. These inquiries can be potential clients/ students/ parents who are interested in availing of the services soon or in the near future. The inquiries may or may not turn into confirmed students/ parents/ clients. The company will share these inquiries to give a guide/ reference to the unregistered tutors/ teachers/ resources on what to expect in terms of tuition/ assignments if they register with the company.
  • Every WhatsApp group will have an admin; if an unregistered tutor/ teacher/ resource has any queries or needs details regarding something, they can contact their group admin privately for assistance.
  • It is solely the responsibility of the unregistered tutor/ teacher/ resource to ask and get details and information from the group admin if they have any confusion, questions, or queries. The group admin is liable to answer and provide every possible assistance to the uncatalogued tutors/ teachers/ resources. If the unregistered tutor/ teacher/ resource does not clear any dubiety and encounters any difficulty after the registration process, the company will not be responsible.

Registration Process

  • If the unregistered tutor/ teacher/ resource finds the support and services of the company satisfactory. In that case, they can officially register themselves as a tutor/ teacher/ resource by contacting the official group admin of their assigned unregistered group of Beacon Tutors Pakistan. The entire processing will be executed by the group admin of Beacon Tutors Pakistan unregistered group. The unregistered tutor/ teacher/ resource must share all the necessary details, information, and documents with the group admin to complete the registration process successfully. The unregistered tutor/ teacher/ resource must complete all the application steps to complete the registration process.
  • Once the registration process is fully approved and complete, only then one can become a registered member of Beacon Tutors Pakistan’s community. Only then will they have access and be assigned verified tuition, teaching jobs, and content writing assignments.
  • The official registration can be done through the official group admin of Beacon Tutors Pakistan’s unregistered group only. Registration cannot be done through the website, email, social media platform, or other channels.
  • There are multiple registration packages, each with its benefits. It entirely depends on the tutor/ teacher/ resource to select the package. However, it should be cognizant of the fact that the tutor/ teacher/ resource can choose only one package at a time. Each package has a different registration fee which needs to be paid for successful registration processing.

Registration Packages:

The company offers two types of registration packages to its members.

Premium Package

The Premium package allows the tutors/ teachers/ resources to complete two projects/ assignments/ tuitions. This package does not bound the tutors/ teachers/ resources to apply and work on a specific project/ assignment type or niche. e.g. Home Tuitions, Online Tuitions, Freelance work. The tutors/ teachers/ resources will access the diverse database of tuitions/ projects/ assignments. However, they can complete only four projects/ tasks/ assignments. Once the premium package expires, the tutors/ teachers/ resources cannot renew the package. They can only upgrade the package to ultra-premium.

Note:

The ongoing tuitions/ projects/ assignments will not obsolete when the registration expires. The tutor/ teacher/ resource can continue to complete their ongoing tuition/ projects/ assignments. If the tutors/ teachers/ resources want to apply and work on other projects/ assignments, they will need to upgrade their membership.

Ultra-Premium Package:

The Ultra-Premium package gives the privilege of lifetime registration with Beacon Tutors Pakistan and unlimited access to verified tuitions/ projects/ assignments. The tutors/ teachers/ resources can complete as many projects/ assignments as they want. The tutors/ teachers/ resources can apply and work on any project/ assignment type and niche. e.g., Home Tuition, Online Tuition, Freelance work.

  • It is the responsibility of the unregistered tutor/ teacher/ resource to corroborate that the group admin of Beacon Tutors Pakistan unregistered group receives a clear picture of the transaction receipt of the amount paid.
  • The registration fee payment receipt should be authentic and should not be on any random piece of paper. The unregistered tutor/ teacher/ resource can also submit the screenshot of the confirmation of the transaction message received from the bank. They need to present an official transaction receipt, bank draft, or transaction confirmation message received from the bank to verify the payment and complete the registration process. If no valid payment proof is provided, then the registration process will not proceed.
  • In case of duplication of transaction receipts, the company holds the right to annul the registration of all those involved. It is advisable to keep your transaction receipt in a safe place and avoid sharing it with others.
  • If the registration process is annulled due to incomplete or wrong information, the company will not be responsible. It is the responsibility of the unregistered tutor/ teacher/ resource to make sure that all the information is correct, precise, and error-free.
  • The tutor/ teacher/ resource registration charges are non-refundable and non-transferable in any case. The tutor/ teacher/ resource cannot claim the registration fee at any point.
  • The various registration packages do not allow the tutors/ teachers/ resources to have preference over others. It only defines the count of students/ parents/ clients referred to the tutors/ teachers/ resources.
  • The packages do not bound the tutors/ teachers/ resources to apply for only certain types of niches. They have the liberty to apply for tuitions/ content writing assignments according to their predilections. The tutors/ teachers/ resources can apply for multiple projects, e.g. One can apply for online tuition and a content writing assignment concurrently.
  • It is entirely up to the tutors/ teachers/ resources to choose and apply for as many projects of their interest. If the tutors/ teachers/ resources do not actively apply for the available projects, then it is not the company’s responsibility if the tutors/ teachers/ resources cannot secure a project.

Registration Packages:

  • Once the unregistered tutor/ teacher/ resource has provided all the required information, documents, and transaction receipt, the group admin will forward the registration application to the verification team for subsequent processing. The unregistered tutor/ teacher/ resource will be contacted by the verification team in 5-7 business days on the provided WhatsApp number and asked some questions related to the unregistered tutor’s/ teacher’s/ resource’s professional experience, qualification, skills, and preferences.
  • The verification call will not be like a formal interview and will be only made to get some basic information about the unregistered tutor/ teacher/ resource. It will not ascertain the acceptance or rejection of the individual.
  • The verification team will assemble all the required information and accumulating in the Customer Relationship Management Software database.
  • If the unregistered tutor/ teacher/ resource cannot attend the first call, then it can be rescheduled according to the unregistered tutor’s/ teacher’s/ resource’s availability. The unregistered tutor/ teacher/ resource can inform the verification team about their availability, and the team will contact them again according to the preferred time in 2-3 working days.
  • It is the candidate’s responsibility to provide succinct and concise answers to the questions (which may be related to academic qualifications, professional experience, skills and preferences) that are being asked by the verification team. If the tutor/ teacher/ resource has any other qualifications, certifications, additional experience or skill that they feel will prove accommodating. In that case, it is advised to the tutors/ teachers/ resources to provide that information to the verification team as well, which will help the team to create a substantially detailed profile of the tutor/ teacher/ resource. It will make a considerable influence on the students/ parents/ clients and increase the tutor/ teacher/ resource profile’s chances of being shortlisted. If the tutor/ teacher/ resource does not provide any of that additional information themselves, the company will not be responsible.
  • All the information provided should be authentic. If any of the information/ data is forged, then the company’s authorities can take stern measures.
  • Once the verification team records all the required information, a preliminary profile of the tutor/ teacher/ resource is shared with the concerning tutor/ teacher/ resource to confirm that all the information mentioned is correct and does not require any changes before it is shared with any student/ teacher/ client. In case, the concerning tutor/ teacher/ resource finds any mistakes. The tutor/ teacher/ resource can request the team to make the necessary alterations, after which the company will not be responsible for any inconvenience.
  • On approval of the profile by the team and the concerning tutor/ teacher/ client, the registration process will conclude. The verification team will provide the registered tutor/ teacher/ client with the contact number of a Beacon Tutors Pakistan representative. The registered tutor/ teacher/ client will have to forward their approved profile to the representative, who will add the registered tutor/ teacher/ client to a WhatsApp group for “registered tutors”.
  • The company representative would post only confirmed tuitions/ teaching jobs/ assignments. All those that have been confirmed by the student/ parent/ client and need to be scheduled for an introductory session or demo. Please note that the”registered group” will not have as many posts as there will be in the “unregistered group”since all “inquiries” are posted in the unregistered group. Whereas only verified tuitions/ teaching jobs/ assignments confirmed by the students/ parents/ clients are shared in the registered group.
  • Representatives of Beacon Tutors of Pakistan operate multiple registered groups. All the confirmed tuitions/ assignments that await an introductory session or demo are equally divided among all the registered groups.
  • The confirmed tuitions/ assignments are not posted in the groups based on cities, subjects, tuition, or assignment types. All kinds of tuitions/ assignments are posted in all groups, irrespective of the categories. The registered tutors/ teachers/ resources can expect various confirmed tuitions/ teaching jobs/ assignments in all registered groups. The tuitions/ assignments can be in any city, subject, teaching mode (online or home tuition), and freelance content writing type or niche. Registration Preference The tutors/ teachers/ resources can choose any two subjects in which they are proficient. These will be considered as their preferred subjects. However, this does not circumscribe the tutors/ teachers/ resources to apply for only the subjects’ tuitions/ assignments they have selected. The company will prioritize those tutors/ teachers/ resources when selecting a candidate for a tuition/ assignment who have relevant qualification, experience, and preference. If a tutor/ teacher/ resource applies for a tuition/ assignment that does not match their qualification, experience, or preference, they will be considered a second choice and not the first. They will be only considered if another tutor/ teacher/ resource with relevant experience, qualification, and preference is not available. The teacher can choose three areas according to their ease of accessibility/ traveling. These will be considered as their preferred areas. However, this does not restrict the tutors/ teachers/ resources to apply for only the tuitions/ assignments in the areas they have selected. The preferences are recorded for convenience and used as a filter to narrow down the potential tutors/ teachers/ resources list in case a large number of applications are received for a specific tuition/ assignment. The tutors/ teachers/ resources can still apply for tuitions/ assignments other than their preferred subjects/ areas. It does not bound the tutors/ teachers/ resources to apply for only the tuition/ assignments in their selected subjects/ areas. In case a tutor/ teacher/ resource with relevant preferences is not available only then other tutors/ teachers/ resources are considered for the tuition/ assignment.

Post Registration Process

  • Once a tutor/ teacher/ resource has successfully registered with Beacon Tutors Pakistan. A representative of the company will add the tutor/ teacher/ resource to a WhatsApp group “registered group” for the registered tutors/ teachers/ resources.
  • There are multiple groups for the registered tutors/ teachers/ resources where all of the confirmed tuitions/ assignments that await an introductory session/ demo will be shared that are received in a day irrespective of the category. The company will share the total number of confirmed tuitions/ assignments equally among all the registered groups. The tuitions/ assignments may include home tuitions, online tuitions or freelance content writing work of any type and niche.
  • The registered tutor/ teacher/ resource can join only one registered WhatsApp group at a time.
  • The registered tutors/ teachers/ resources are advised to stay active in the group and check all the updates. If the tutors/ teachers/ resources do not want to omit on any potential tuitions/ assignments which are according to their preferences, then the company advises them to check the group actively and apply right away; otherwise, the company will not be responsible if another tutor/ teacher/ resource secures the deal.
  • A tuition/ assignment posted in one registered group will not be necessarily posted in the other group. The company prefers to post a specific tuition/ assignment in one group only. However, if a suitable tutor/ teacher/ resource with the requested prerequisite is not found from the primary group where the tuition/ assignment was posted originally only, in this case, the tuition/ assignment will be published in another group.
  • The tutor/ teacher/ resource can only apply on a tuition/ assignment posted in their group. Their application will be considered only for the tuitions/ assignments posted in their respective groups, any applications for tuitions/ assignments posted in another group will not be considered.
  • The number of applications received on a tuition/ assignment is recorded in a “recommendation list”, which includes the name, qualifications, and experience of the applicant tutors/ teachers/ resources. It is advised to the tutors/ teachers/ resources to apply for the tuitions/ assignments as soon as possible. Once the recommendation list is forwarded for shortlisting, the company will not accept any more applications for that specific tuition/ assignment. If a suitable tutor/ teacher/ resource is not selected from the preliminary recommendation list, the company will post the tuition/ assignment again to accept more applications.
  • It is entirely the tutors’/ teachers’/ resources’ responsibility to apply for the tuitions/ assignments posted according to their choice. The company will not suggest or recommend any tutor/ teacher/ resource to apply for a specific tuition/ assignment. The company will not add any tutors’/ teachers’/ resource’s profile to the recommendation list if a tutor/ teacher/ resource has not applied. The tutor/ teacher/ resource should actively check the tuitions/ assignments posted and apply as per their preference.
  • The tutor/ teacher/ resource should check all the conditions and requirements for a specific tuition/ assignment before applying. The tutor/ teacher/ resource should effectuate all the requirements and agree to all the conditions mentioned by the student/ parent/ client without any negotiation. The requirements and conditions may include fee offered, time duration, number of weekdays, subjects, and other specifications if the tutor/ teacher/ resource wants to provide a proposal regarding tuition fee, time duration, number of weekdays or anything else. They should inform their respective group admin about their proposal for the specific tuition/ assignment and then apply. The company will forward the tutor’s/ teacher’s/ resource’s proposal to the concerning student/ parent/ client for review. If the tutor’s/ teacher’s/ resource’s profile complements the student’s/ parent’s/ client’s requirements and the student/ parent/ client finds the proposal convincing, they may go ahead with it. If the proposal is rejected, then the concerned tutor/ teacher/ resource may not necessarily get an update on the application, and the company will remove their application from the recommendation list.
  • When a tutor/ teacher/ resource applies for a tuition/ assignment, the group admin may request the applicant to record a voice note to support their profile and make it stand out to the student/ parent/ client. The voice note should be about what makes the tutor/ teacher/ resource the best fit for the specific tuition/ assignment. It can include the tutor’s/ teacher’s/ resource’s relevant qualification, experience, skills, teaching strategy etc.
  • The tutors/ teachers/ resources should ensure their availability on the date and time mentioned for the introductory session/ demo.
  • For home tuition, the tutors/ teachers/ resources should ensure their ease of commuting to the area where the student/ parent/ client is located beforehand. For online tuitions/ assignments, the tutors/ teachers/ resources should ensure uninterrupted access to internet services, electricity, and gadgets to deliver the lecture and complete the assignments in time efficiently.

Shortlisting for Tuitions/ Assignments

  • The company does not shortlist any tutors/ teachers/ resources for any tuition/ assignment. The company creates a recommendation list of all the applicants and shares the profiles of the relevant applicants with the student/ parent/ client.
  • The student/ parent/ client reviews the profiles and shortlists the tutors/ teachers/ resources as per their requirements and schedules an introductory session/ demo with the shortlisted tutor/ teacher / resource.
  • The company shares a minimum of one and a maximum of three profiles with the student/ parent/ client at a time. If none of the profiles is selected, the company will share new profiles with the student/ parent/ resource.
  • The company will only contact the tutor/ teacher/ resource whose profile is shortlisted by the student/ parent/ client for the introductory session/ demo. The company will not notify any of the applicants who are not shortlisted.
  • The tutor/ teacher/ resource needs to agree with all the terms & conditions of the company and acknowledge the prerequisites before the student’s/ parent’s/ client’s information is shared with them or an introductory session/ demo is arranged with the student/ parent/ client. The company advises the tutor/ teacher/ resource to read all the terms & conditions carefully before confirming any tuition/ assignment.

Introductory Session & Trial/ Demo Class

  • The tutor/ teacher/ resource should give a free introductory session and demo for two days to the student/ parent/ client. The tutor/ teacher/ resource may have to travel to the student’s/ parent’s/ client’s house for this purpose in the case of home tuition.
  • The student/ parent/ client has the full entitlement to either hire or dismiss the tutor/ teacher/ resource. The decision entirely depends on the student’s/ parent’s/ client’s requirements and a satisfactory introductory session/ demo. The company will not obtrude the student/ parent/ client to make a particular decision.
  • The introductory session/ demo timing is usually the same as mentioned in the tuition/ assignment post. If the timings differ from the original post, the tutor/ teacher/ resource will be notified in advance. The duration of the introductory session/ demo should be at least 1 hour.
  • The tutor/ teacher/ resource is advised to prepare for the introductory session/ demo properly. The tutor/ teacher/ resource should be confident and show good verbal and non-verbal communication skills, e.g. (body language, eye contact, gestures, facial expressions, posture)
  • The tutor/ teacher/ resource should keep their contact details with the company confidential. The tutor/ teacher/ resource cannot disclose their commission percentage or any other relevant information with the student/ parent/ client even if they ask.
  • During the introductory session/ demo days, the tutor/ teacher/ resource should inform the student/ parent/ client about the payment process and that the payment is to be made in advance every month.
  • The company advises the female tutors/ teachers/ resources to go for the introductory session/ demo with their guardian/ father/ brother/ husband.
  • The tutor/ teacher/ resource should not discuss anything personal anything besides study with the student/ parent/ client and vice-versa. The tutor/ teacher/ resource and student/ parent/ client should maintain a very formal relationship with boundaries.
  • The company advises the students/ parents / clients and tutors/ teachers/ resources to promptly inform the company in case any changes are required or made in the tuition/ assignment details/ requirements (duration, timing, subject, number of subjects, number of students or any other changes) so that the company can update their application details. If the company is not informed about any such changes. In that case, the company will not be liable to facilitate beside the existing recorded application details to the student/ parent/ client or the tutor/ teacher/ resource in the future.
  • The tutor/ teacher / resource and student/ parent/ client should not make any direct contact with each other. If that happens then, the company does not take any responsibility for either of the parties.
  • The tutor/ teacher/ resource cannot request transport, breakfast, lunch, dinner or any extra allowances. However, the tutor/ teacher/ resource can request a good teaching atmosphere.
  • If the tutor/ teacher/ resource or student/ parent/ client wants any kind of additional facilitation from the other, then they should contact the company for this. The company will forward the request to the relevant party to review. If the request is accepted, then the company will acknowledge the matter and inform the concerning party.
  • It is impermissible to be absent or be late on the day of the introductory session/ demo. In case of emergency, the tutor/ teacher/ resource needs to provide proof only then they will be facilitated.
  • The company records the reviews of the tutors/ teachers/ resources about the students/ parents/ clients. Therefore, the tutors/ teachers/ resources are advised to provide honest reviews to the company.

Tuition/ Assignment Application Closing by the Student/ Parent/ Client

  • The company is not entitled to impose any decision on the student/ parent/ client regarding the shortlisting or selection of applicant tutors/ teachers/ resources. It is entirely the student’s/ parent’s/ client’s decision to shortlist any tutor/ teacher/ resource to schedule an introductory session/ demo as they please.
  • The student/ parent/ client can shortlist as many tutors/ teachers/ resources to schedule an introductory session/ demo.
  • The company advises the students/ parents/ clients to conduct the introductory session/ demo according to the decided date and time. In case of any emergency, the student/ parent/ client should inform the company at the earliest opportunity to reschedule the introductory session/ demo.
  • In case of rescheduling on the same date, the student/ parent/ client should inform the company at least 2-3 hours prior to the rescheduled time.
  • If the students/ parents/ clients cancel or reschedule the introductory session more than three times, they will no longer be offered a free-of-cost introductory session/ demo. The student/ parent/ client will have to make a PKR 1000-5000 payment to schedule an introductory session/ demo. The charges will depend on the decision of the concerning tutor/ teacher/ resource and the company’s dealing authority.

Tuition/ Assignment Application Closing by the Tutor/ Teacher/ Resource

  • The tutor/ teacher/ resource can refuse or reject a tuition/ assignment during the two days assigned to the introductory session/ demo. If the tutor/ teacher/ resource decides to reject or dismiss an application of a tuition/ assignment after the two days assigned to the introductory session/ demo and the student/ parent/ client selects them, then it is the responsibility of the tutor/ teacher/ resource to complete the agreed time frame or at least complete the first month.
  • The company shares the profiles of all the applicant tutors/ teachers/ resources with the students/ parents/ clients. The tutor/ teacher/ resource cannot withdraw their application once it is added to the recommendation list and shared with the student/ parent / client. The tutor/ teacher/ resource will have to comply with the procedure followed by the application processing.

The tutor/ teacher/ resource can only withdraw their application or reject a tuition/ assignment in any of the following situations:

  • The payout for each tuition/ assignment is already finalized. If the student/ parent/ client tries to negotiate the fee later and the tutor/ teacher/ resource finds the new payout unsatisfactory, then the tutor/ teacher/ resource can reject the specific tuition/ assignment.
  • If the student/ parent/ client changes the requirements (e.g., time duration, number of days, subjects, number of subjects, number of students etc.) of the tuition/ assignment and it is not possible for the tutor/ teacher/ resource to manage in accordance with the new requirements, then the tutor/ teacher/ resource can reject the specific tuition/ assignment.
  • Note:

    The tutor/ teacher/ resource needs to make a decision and not the student/ parent/ client and the company on the same day. Once the company has been informed about the tutor’s/ teacher’s/ resources’decision, it cannot be changed.

  • If the tutor/ teacher/ resource finds the teaching atmosphere uncomfortable or unsuitable, then the tutor/ teacher/ resource can reject the specific tuition.
  • If the student/ parent/ client shows rudeness, stubbornness or any kind of unmannerly or bad behavior towards the tutor/ teacher/ resource, then the tutor/ teacher/ resource can reject the specific tuition/ assignment.

Behavioural Approach - Code of Conduct

  • The tutors/ teachers/ resources should observe promptness to ensure long-term tuition/ assignment.
  • The tutor/ teacher/ resource cannot take any days off from the days assigned. In the event of any emergency, the tutor/ teacher/ resource should inform the student/ parent/ client and take their permission at the earliest opportunity. In this case, the tutor/ teacher/ resource will have to take a make-up class on any of the weekends or any other day.
  • The tutor/ teacher/ resource cannot push, slap, hit or do anything that may physically harm the student in any case. Even if the parents allow the tutor/ teacher/ resource to do so, the tutors/ teachers/ resources cannot do anything which may harm the physical or mental health of the students. The company strictly prohibits such acts.
  • The tutors/ teachers/ resources can only discuss the study or anything relevant to the academics with students/ parents/ clients. Any irrelevant discussion must be avoided at all costs.
  • The tutor/ teacher/ resource should maintain a very formal relationship with the students/ parents/ clients.
  • Any personal discussion or any relation between the tutors/ teachers/ resources and the students/ parents/ clients outside the academics is not allowed.
  • In case any complaint is reported against either of the parties, then strict action will be taken.
  • The tutors/ teachers/ resources and the students/ parents/ clients should communicate cordially with each other and with the representatives of the company. Any kind of rude behavior or foul language by either of the parties must be avoided.

Content Writing/ Freelance Work/ Assignment

  • If the payout of any content writing assignment/ job is PKR5000 or more, then it will be considered as one tuition/ assignment. However, if the payout of any job is less than PKR5000, then it will be considered a bonus task and not a tuition/ assignment.
  • Some assignments will not have a predefined payout. In this case, the assignments will be open for bidding and proposal submission. The tutors/ teachers/ resources can submit their proposals to the group admin, who will forward the proposal to the student/ parent/ client and negotiate. Your proposal should include the following details:
    • Set your Hourly Rate or Bid on fixed-priced assignments/ projects
    • Write an introductory Cover Letter for the assignment/ project
    • Answer any screening questions the client may have asked
    • Provide any relevant work samples to make your proposal stand out
  • Some assignments will have a predefined payout. The company will share the assignment details in the registered group, and the interested tutors/ teachers/ resources who meet the prerequisite and agree to the fixed payout can apply for it.
  • The tutor/ teacher/ resource should carefully read all the assignment details before submitting their proposal. Once the tutor/ teacher m/ resource has placed a bid or submitted the proposal, they will not be able to make any changes to it.
  • The company takes 15%-25% commission from the total payout of an assignment. The dealing authority will define the exact commission percentage according to the assignment and notify the tutor/ teacher/ resource.
  • The tutor/ teacher/ resource should start working on the assignment after receiving a final acknowledgment notification from the company. The company will send the notification once the deal has been secured and the company has received the payment from the student/ parent/ client.
  • The company will define the time frame/ deadline, and the tutor/ teacher/ resource will need to submit the assignment according to the deadline.
  • The tutor/ teacher/ resource should be able to deliver accurate, error-free work in the mentioned time frame. The company’s quality assurance team will review the assignment before sending it to the student/ parent/ client. In case the assignment does not meet the set requirements, the assignment will not be forwarded, and the tutor/ teacher/ resource will be advised to make the required changes; otherwise, they will not be paid for it. The company will transfer the full payment of the student/ parent/ client to the student’s/ parent’s/ client’s e-wallet in this case.
  • The company can request the tutor/ teacher/ resource anytime to share the draft (incomplete document) of the assignment to keep track of the work progress.
  • The company strictly prohibits providing any personal details or contact information by the tutor/ teacher/ resource in the rough or final draft of the assignment.
  • The company advises the students/ parents/ clients to share the full details and requirements for the assignments before it is finalized. If any changes are made to the requirements after it has been started, then the company has the right to decide on the changes in the payout.
  • It is the responsibility of the student/ parent/ client to predefine a deadline for the assignment. If a deadline is not predefined, then the student/ parent/ client cannot request the company to deliver the assignment any day. The company, in this case, will define the deadline.
  • The student/ parent/ client can request a draft, and the company will provide them with it. If the student/ parent/ client finds the draft or final document not aligned to their requirements, then they can request revisions.
  • Note:

    Revision requests will be accepted for minor changes. If significant changes or additional content is required, then the company will charge extra for it.

  • If the assignment is not according to the student’s/ parent’s/ client’s requirements, then they can claim revisions or a refund. In case of refund, the full payment will be transferred to the student’s/ parent’s/ client’s e-wallet, which can be used by the student/ parent/ client for any other tuition/ assignment in the future.
  • An E-wallet is a digital tool to keep the money secure and efficiently process transactions within the company. The student/ parent/ client can use the money saved in their e-wallet anytime to process a transaction when they avail the services of the company.
  • Consider this as an example. If the student/ parent/ client makes a payment of $100 for an assignment and the assignment does not turn out to be according to their requirements, then the company will transfer this full amount to the student’s/ parent’s/ client’s e-wallet. Whenever the student/ parent/ client needs to get another assignment done, be it for weeks or even months, they can use the amount saved in their e-wallet to make payment for that assignment. The money will remain secure in the e-wallet.

Rules for the Students/ Parents/ Clients

  • The student should be 18 or 18+ of age in order to avail the services of the company directly. If the student is under 18, their parent/ guardian should contact the company to avail themselves of the services. The company will not proceed with the application if an under 18 student contacts the company directly.
  • The student/ parent/ client should provide all the requirements and relevant details about the tuition/ assignment to the company’s representative. If the student/ parent/ client does not provide complete details to the company’s representative, then the company will not be responsible for any inconvenience during the application processing, and the student/ parent/ client will not be able to make a claim.
  • The student/ parent/ client should provide all the requirements and complete pertinent information before the introductory session/ demo is scheduled. The company does not guarantee to reach any negotiation with the tutor/ teacher/ resource if any changes are made to the requirements of the tuition/ assignment after the introductory session/ demo has been scheduled. Therefore, the students/ parents/ clients are advised to provide complete information and finalize everything ahead of time.
  • The tutor/ teacher/ resource should conduct the introductory session/ demo with the shortlisted tutor/ teacher/ resource as per the scheduled date and time. If the student/ parent/ client is not able to conduct the introductory session/ demo according to the scheduled date and time, then they should inform the company at the earliest opportunity so that the introductory session/ demo can be rescheduled.
  • The students/ parents/ client should provide an ideal studying atmosphere to aid the tutor/ teacher/ resource to teach the students/ clients contentedly in the best possible way.
  • The company advises the students/ parents/ clients to conduct a thorough introductory session/ demo to evaluate the knowledge and skills of the tutors/ teachers/ resources, which will help them in selecting the ideal candidate.
  • The company strictly interdicts any direct contact between the students/ parents/ clients and the tutors/ teachers/ resources without notifying the company. If the student/ parent/ client tries to directly contact the tutor/ teacher/ resource, then the company does not take responsibility for any event of inconvenience that may follow.
  • The company’s help desk is always available to assist the students/ parents/ clients in every possible way. However, the assistance, addressing and resolving of any complaints is entirely discretionary.
  • The company’s role is only to connect the students/ parents/ clients with the tutors/ teachers/ resources. The tutors/ teachers/ resources and the students/ parents/ clients do not represent the company, and the company does not take responsibility for anyone’s actions at the confidential level.
  • The company takes the responsibility of secure timely payment processing and transaction in the first month, after which the continuity of the tuition/ assignment is entirely dependent on tutor’s/ teacher’s/ resource and the student’s/ parent’s/ client’s mutual understanding.

Payments & Commission Percentage

  • The students/ parents/ clients should make the payments for the tuitions/ assignments to the company, and the company will make the payment to the tutors/ teachers/ resources accounts.
  • The students/ parents/ clients and tutors/ teachers/ resources will be provided with the company’s official bank account details by the company’s representative in order to make the transactions of payments/ tuition fees and registration fees.
  • The students/ parents/ clients cannot make the payments directly to the tutors/ teachers/ resources unless the company notifies them to do so.
  • The tutors/ teachers/ resources cannot request the students/ parents/ clients to make the payment directly to them unless the company allows them to receive the payment directly. The company will notify both the tutor/ teacher/ resource and the student/ parent/ client in this case.
  • The students/ parents/ clients need to make the payment of tuition fee directly to the company in the first month of joining into the company’s bank account. The company will provide the details of the bank account to the students/ parents/ clients. However, from the next continuing month, the tutor/ teacher/ resource will be able to collect the payment/ tuition fee directly from the student/ parent/ client.
  • The payment/ tuition fee for the tuitions/ assignments should be made to the company in advance within the first seven business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) once the tuition/ assignment has been confirmed and the tutor/ teacher/ resource is selected.
  • The payment/ tuition fee is non-refundable but may be transferable. In case of an inconceivable circumstances, the company’s dealing authority will make the decision after a careful assessment of the situation. The decision cannot be challenged by the students/ parents/ clients or the tutors/ teachers/ resources as the decision will be made taking into account the interests of the students/ parents/ clients, tutors/ teachers/ resources, and the company.
  • The registration fee to become a registered tutor/ teacher/ resource is to be transacted into the bank accounts elucidated by the company’s representative or by the respective group admin.
  • The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in any case.
  • If the tuition fee is less than PKR25000, the company will charge a 50% commission of the tuition fee from the tutors/ teachers/ resources in the first month of joining. From the next continuing month and onward, the tutors/ teachers/ resources will be able to receive the full tuition fee, and the company will not take any commission after the first month in this case.
  • If the tuition fee is PKR25000 or more than PKR25000, the company will charge a 60% commission from the tutor’s/ teacher’s/ resource’s tuition fee in the first month of joining. From the next continuing month and onward, the tutors/ teachers/ resources will be able to receive the full tuition fee, and the company will not take any commission after the first month in this case.
  • If the student/ parent/ client confirms the duration of tuition to be 45 days or less than 45 days, then the company will charge a commission of 20%-40% from the tutor’s/ teacher’s/ resource’s tuition fee. The company’s dealing authority will determine the exact percentage according to the tuition duration. The tutor/ teacher/ resource will be informed beforehand about all the details of the tuition/ assignment before the tuition/ assignment is confirmed.
